Fire TV is a part of Amazon and developed by the Amazon Inc as a digital media player. It is a small network appliance that helps the users to streams digital audio/video content to a high definition television from the home network. With the help of optional game controller or via a mobile app, it also helps the users to play video games with the included remote. Amazon launched an Amazon Silk web browser as a version of fire TV in November 2017
There are 2 conventions of Amazon Fire Stick:-

There is three generation of Fire TV:-

The first generation of fire TV offers HDMI with optical audio, with support for DDP (Dolby Digital Plus) and 7.1 surround sound pass-through, along with a USB 2.0 port and an Ethernet port.
The second generation of fire TV offers 4K Ultra High Definition support, a MediaTek 8173C chipset to support H.265 (HEVC), VP8, AND VP9 codecs, improved processor performance and upgrade the Wireless hardware.
The third generation of Fire TV offers 5 new Amazon products.

Fire TV Stick
Firestick is also known as fire TV stick which is a product of Amazon’s fire TV, which refers to a plug-in stick of fire TV. It is a new device that ranks of home entertainment streaming technologies that plugs into your TV;s HDMI port that gives the access to the users to watch their favorite TV shows, movie, music, songs, photos, games and subscription service. It is a very transportable device which helps you to take your media anywhere.
Fire TV Stick have only 2 Generations:-

- Second Generation
Fire TV Stick is a smaller version of Fire TV which is an HDMI-port plug-in device that responds much of the functions of large Fire TV. It has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It uses a Broadcom BCM28155 dual-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and a Broadcom VideoCore IV GPU.
In October 20, 2016, Fire TV Stick was released with Alexa Voice Remote, codenamed “Tank” by the Amazon. Its update includes MediaTek MT8127D Dual-core ARM 1.3 GHz processor with a Mali-450 MP4 GPU, and support for the H.265 (HEVC) codec.
